THE CONFUSION OVER VARIOUS COURSE OFFERINGS
There are different course offerings for different licensees to
renew a license.
Form RE 251 defines the continuing Education requirements. You'll
see phrases and terms like:
- Salesperson vs. Broker,
- First-time renewals vs. second or subsequent renewals,
- Before October 1, 2007 or after October 1, 2007,
- 6-Hour Survey Course vs. 8-Hour Survey Course,
- Consumer Service Course vs. Consumer Protection Courses, and
- Expired Licenses, Conditional Licenses, Restricted Licenses,
All confusing, and many times licensees take the wrong courses
resulting in late renewals and a waste of your time and money. We have heard all of the
stories and frustrations.
There is one correspondence program that meets all of the
requirements for most licensees. Enroll in our 45 Hour Correspondence Package.
It's one size that fits all.
